Hi,
I've had my first e-cigarette for about two weeks now and I'm very happy with it when it works. A couple of days ago I started to get dry burns alot, I'm completely new to this so this was a mystery. This morning I found a video on how to clean the clearomizer and I did so. For about 10 mins the flavor was amazingly delicious, and then after 3-4 vapes I got a dry burn. When that happens I have to either let it rest for a couple of minutes or use a gem to pull up the nipple a little bit to let more fluid in I guess.
Problem is, when I put the cap back on it forces the nipple down again and after a couple more vapes the burnt taste is there again. Is this because the 8(!) strings(what are they called?) doesn't soak properly in between? If so, is it possible to add more of those and "relace" the coils around the new string thingy again?
Also, I use this thing maybe half an hour a day, I'm guessing thats not much usage. How often should I clean it? And I read somewhere that this clearomizer can't break by dry burning, the coils and the string thingies doesn't take damage by that?
