Burnt taste?

Hi,
I have a Gotek X using 50/50 liquid. Yesterday I burnt the coil as I didn’t realise there was no liquid left. Disgusting taste. Changed the coil. Brand new liquid. Left it for 15 minutes to soak up. Still tasted burnt. My husband and brother said they can’t taste it. I can’t taste the juice, just plain with a hint of burnt. Still happening this morning. I assume it’s still in my nose/throat? What can I do?

Ah, it's probably tainted a little.

To get rid of the taste all you can do is rinse it with water or flush it with liquid over time.

As you're flushing it with liquid it will take time to get rid of the flavour, but it will go eventually.
