I tried this from our local SFV meet and I have to say, the cotton wicks wake up the flavor and don't burn like conventional wicking.

So for those sweet liquids that you just can't get a handle on with out of the box tanks and atomizers because of burning, give this a shot. I was about to give up until I went to the meet yesterday and they had a little "arts and crafts" class rebuilding these Novas. I know a lot, but not I don't know it all.

Also helps to know how to tune/adjust a wick, be it stock silica/hemp/cotton/bamboo/etc.
Someone that KNOWS how to do something with cotton showed you the Proper way and you understood.
Individual results will vary with any material and skill level.

One last thing. Many have already Burnt cotton. So it is a given that under the wrong circumstances it can/will happen and unlike silica cotton cannot be dry burned to clean.
Simple care in getting wicking correct and not running power to high will greatly reduce chances of Burnt wick.
