I don't know, but I must have offended some electricity Gods. :(

1) Just a bit more than a week be4 Xmas, my purple Buzz stopped buzzing, and I had to turn it in.... no news if it arrived meanwhile or not - last tracking says it was transferred in the Frankfurt logistics center for shipment to the US on the 24th Dec. After this, no more news. Have started an inquiry with German post.

2) Finally was able to order the New Blue Buzz 2 weeks be4 Xmas, tracking says it was processed through Los Angeles USPS facility on Dec.16th, ... and no more further news either.

3) One week before Xmas, I had used my old Bulli mod for testing a tank device which one of my German vaper buddies had built and sent around for testing. As my Bulli is a 801 and the tank is 510, I screwed an adapter in between the two devices. Due to the bit peculiar handling of this tank, finally I could hardly unscrew the tank after my testing period, but instead the whole connector (of the mod) came out. I managed to unscrew the tank just-so and send it on to the next person, but my Bulli is now kaputt, the adapter still tightly connected with the connector, and therefore atm unusable. So I sent this one away to another modder, and I do hope I will get it back within a week or so...

That is TWO Mods which are missing here! Of course I have been using my "old" blue BuzzPro as the main vaping device over the past 2 weeks, but now......

4) ...since yesterday evening, the button of this one feels so awkward?? It still clicks and fires but I am not sure, for how long that will last yet? It feels as if this little (flimsy, remember, I called it flimsy when I first saw it on my first Buzz!) button has somehow "sunken in" deeper than before .. as if it's not standing out as much as it used to!

Somehow, pressing the button feels "too soft", as if there was not enough (physical) resistance there (behind it)???

Has anybody else had a similar experience yet? And maybe EVEN an explanation what is happening there, or EVEN BETTER: an advice ... a remedy?

Still vaping :vapor: but I wonder for how long, if thing continue to go this way *wheep*

best regards, and a Happy New Year to my fellow vapers in the Buzz army! ;)

Hmmmm not sure. I have a infinity, two original buzz's, and a BP. Ive never had any button problems. It sounds like the glue on the button is coming loose. I might be completely wrong. I would email mike about it to be safe :) He might have a simple fix for you.

BTW im sure you know but you lose all tracking once a package leaves its country of origin. Only way around that is DHL shipping or Intl Express shipping with USPS

Thanks Mike -- will mail you immediately .... isn't that really completely UNFORTUNATE???? "Losing" 3 mods within not even 20 days? And the one which could help me out, still seems to be swimming through the Atlantic.... or taking a break at some overloaded mail station over here in Europe.... Gosh, I remember how I seriously discussed with myself if I wasn't a bit crazy to plan to have three Buzzes ... but now I know I should have planned for four, at least! :D

Once again, thank you all for your empathy! I *neverever* had *any* problem with *any* of my vaping devices so far, since I started vaping in November 2010.... I just had a hard time to learn how to do a coiling for these wonderful A2 atomizers, but with persistency and patience, eventually learned it.

....and then, all of a sudden, things seem to turn around 180° .... hope the wind will soon blow into the opposite direction again!

I know you have some finger nail glue somewhere right ???? it is a fairly easy fix , the glue that holds the switch in most likely came loose , we clean the tubes before we glue them so this does not happen .

How come you have this idea about me having finger nail glue??? Nope, sorry, I don't. I'm not at all a fingernail person, wearing contact lenses, I need them very short so in order not to hurt my eyes when I put them in and out. :D Anyway: on Monday, it's a new year, and I will go to the local hardware store and try & get some of that SuperGlue you mentioned in your mail.

Until then, I might just keep on vaping with the BP "as is" ... and will not try to open it before tomorrow (Sunday) night.... because if I see that you are correct, I would just not close it again, but instead, go get the Glue and see to it that I can fix it immediately. :)

Oh God, Bovinia, that would be outright terrible! The duration of the trip alone (to and fro) is worth a month... :(

I won't look inside before tomorrow night... so if it was just a glue thing, I could go ahead and get the stuff on Monday. And if it were not, but I'd find something broken instead .... then well... I was about to write: I can ship it right away on Monday.... but no, I won't, until at least the new blue BP has arrived here. Otherwise I would be left with NONE - that's a nightmare! :D

Yes sure we have such guys here :) ... Mike, for me it's completely alright that you have me try this DIY fix myself first! Don't worry... I am just a bit panicky atm because my purple Buzz seems to take forever until it arrives over there .... and my "new blue" one as well.... though... with the holidays finally over, things could start moving a bit faster from tomorrow on....

^^^And THAT is just one of the many things we love about you Mike!^^^ :)

/sign fully! :)

Mike, earlier I had opened the BP like you described (steps 1-3) - and you're right, the glue has come loose! It's not fully off, so for the moment I just pressed it a bit back onto the wall again and closed the top ... fine. I will go find the SuperGlue first, then go to the jeweller/watchmaker/optician (we have two or three here in the little town) and ask them if they can do that. But I think I will make sure first that I take the top cap off myself so that they don't rip off the wire! That's the delicate part of it, and as Charlie had shown me that before (when he changed the top cap for me in my first BP) and warned me about it, I think this is the most sensible thing for me to do.

And I will take along your description as well, just to make sure that the guy does it the way it needs to be done. (Maybe I should translate it into German first, might be helpful... LOL)

Thanks so much for your advice and the walk-thru! (and please make sure you/Terri/whosoever will mail me when my purple Buzz arrives .. I have ordered an investigation with the German post but if it arrived in the meantime, I could call them off and say it was just a bit slow.) ;)
