Button sometimes "doubleclick" - am I just doing it wrong?

Ello gents and gals

So I've had my fullsize ProVari v2.5 for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love the design, build quality etc.
One thing I've noticed though, pretty much since day 1, is that sometimes while going through the menu or adjusting a setting, the ProVari will "double-click", although I only click it once (for example going from 4.0 to 4.2 Volt in one click).
Is this just me clicking the button too fast, or should I be worried about this? If I click it quite slowly, it doesn't happen, which is what makes me think that I'm just going too fast

I just got mine last week too and it does the same thing. Not sure if it's normal though.

Well at least we're not alone, so hopefully it's just a sign of us being impatient But yeah, some of the hardcore ProVari users are more than welcome to chime in here

That only happens to me when I am in a hurry. Otherwise, slow and deliberate pushes have always yielded me the desired setting(s).

Guess it's the ProVari's way of telling us, the users, to slow down and avoid stress

Yup my mini does the same thing and its only 2 weeks old. Maybe just pushing too fast.

Yup same trouble here, slow and deliberate button pushes fixed the issue for me.

fyi happens on both my provaris.

I've had the same problem too, in just a few days with it. Mine is mostly just getting into the menu though- by the time I count to 5 it is already in the menu and passing the Pu. The rest of the time I am clicking slower, watching the display for what I am looking for or the setting I am adjusting, and it behaves just fine then. Trying to slow down.

Haha I agree with tidegirl. When I slow down it works but I've been used to the fast twist and go with the evic.
