Sorry to hear of your problem, but I know you'll make it right for your customers as soon as you can. Things happen to the largest vendors too. I realize we're all disappointed, but I'm sure no one more than Void Mist. it is Christmas, a time for goodwill and I will be more than happy to received my refund and order again at a later date.

While processing one of the recent orders we made a mistake, which led to loss of critical components used in all e-liquids.
