OK, I understand that mistakes happen, but when Voidmist made this 60%-off offer shouldn't you have known whether you could fulfill the offer before you made it? Had I known that my order wasn't going to be fulfilled I would not have wasted the time I did deciding which items I would need to start myself DIYing.

This is NOT a good way for a relatively-unknown eliquid company to try to compete with the big, well-established vendors. At least when ordering through them I have more confidence that I'll receive what I purchase.

Not too happy here! :mad:

Sorry to hear of your problem, but I know you'll make it right for your customers as soon as you can. Things happen to the largest vendors too. I realize we're all disappointed, but I'm sure no one more than Void Mist. it is Christmas, a time for goodwill and I will be more than happy to receive my refund and order again at a later date.

Thank you for your honesty and I'm sorry for the loss this must be to your company, but I know you'll recover swiftly.

While processing one of the recent orders we made a mistake, which led to loss of critical components used in all e-liquids. As a result we will have to re-order our supplies, which will most likely take more than 2 weeks. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but we are currently unable to process new orders. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. :oops:

I was apparently lucky and my order was prepared before the unforeseen accident happened because I received it today. Packaged very securely. I've only tried 3 of the juices but was impressed with them all. Been vaping the vanilla bean ice cream since I opened it. It's yummy with lots of vapor. It will definitely be one I order again. The french vanilla tastes like the one I've been ordering from another vendor at a much higher price..will be ordering this one again too. I had ordered pecan mist to add to juices that I already have but it is very vapable straight out of the bottle.

I have several more flavors to try but if they are anything like the 3 that I've already sampled, I'll be happy to make this seller my new #1 vendor.

I know some of you weren't very happy with the unexpected situation but give them a chance. I think you'll be happy with their juices. I know that I am.

I have ordered from you before and will order again. As far as running out of stock, things happen sometimes in all businesses that we wish didn't but nobody is perfect...even well established companies have glitches. You have a good product at a good price so your customers will be back. Merry Christmas!

I understand that "stuff happens to the best of them. What I appreciate more than anything is for MistAid to post what happened, aplogize, and state she will do the sale again when restocked. To me - that says a LOT.

I very recently got totally, royally hosed by a yoyo vendor and at no time did "he" tell us the truth or apologize...for anything. Just the opposite, they lied.:evil: Flat out lied and we all have proof. So goodbye to a dishonest vendor.:grr:...and hello to an upfront, honest vendor.:thumbs: You've got my order when the sale goes back on.
So "Thank You" MistAid for your honesty. I guarantee I will order from you when you let us know the sale goes back on.
From what the buyers in this thread have said, the juice is good, and obvisously the seller is an upright vendor.:vapor:

Also we are going to send out personal coupon codes to all who had an order which was refunded today.

The refund for my unfilled order was promptly deposited into my account on the 21st :), however, I haven't heard anything else about personal coupon codes or a timeline for when everything will be back online :?:. After reading all the positive replies from those lucky people who had their orders filled :vapor:, I am really looking forward to their successful return.:thumb:
