Buying a new Kit: WHERE FROM: JantyUSA or DietSmokes

I want to purchase a Janty brand Dura-C. My question is from where- Janty's comapny website or from Parked at DietSmoke.

I just got through reading a long thread about how horrible ordering from JantyUSA was and I have no experience ordering from dietSmokes. Anyone have a preference?

Which one will ship the fastest?
Will the 6month warrenty work if I buy from dietSMokes?

What do you guys think?????

I'm not sure of DietSmokes warranty policy - but don't have any worries about Janty's delivery of the products -

The only time Janty has troubles is when they hold a pre-order...then everyone goes nuts, orders, and they run out of stock...but the customer service is top-knotch.

And, if you do run into problems, if you've bought direct from Janty, you know they'll honor the warranty.....

I have had a great experience with Innovaper. I bought 2 510's and a EVO. One 510 was for my pop.

I believe I'm correct that Dietsmokes honors the Janty warranty.

Having said that, though, I prefer to buy my equipment from Janty directly. As Vicks said, the problems with Janty typically occur with pre-orders. You shouldn't have any problem at all with the Dura-C.

And, as Vicks said, Janty's customer service really is exceptional. If I have a warranty issue, Janty replaces it without any hassle. Typically, Ethan or Jeff will send out the replacement before they even receive the bad part back from me.

They've always taken very good care of me and they've earned my loyalty.

I've sent 2 emails to Jantyshop (European site) in the past week and a half or so and haven't heard anything back yet. They lost my business. Just wish there was somewhere that shipped the JS to Japan that would answer my damn emails.

You cant go wrong ordering from either Janty or dietsmokes. Both have excellent service and ship quickly. I have ordered from both.

It'll come from the same place. They don't share stock, but they do share warehouse space. I can't imagine the shipping time would be much different either way.
