Hi there! I'm fairly new here, and I've seen some information about WTA. This really sounds like something I'd like to have as a fallback, should I need it in my quest to quit. But I'm confused about how to buy/use it.

For example, see 30ml WholeCig WTA e-Liquid. Would I use this in place of my regular e-liquid, or would I add some drops of this to my e-liquid? I'm a total newbie to WTA, so apologies if my question is silly.

Thanks for any help! :)

WTA is WONDERFUL stuff, if you need it. Many (most?) don't. If you can transition from smoking to vaping using plain nicotine, by all means do. If you find that the cravings just don't go away, or you experience other mental/emotional issues, you will definitely benefit from using it.

Get whatever strength you are currently vaping and add 10% to your juice. If you find that works (and it should), over time you might try reducing that amount.

I started at 10% and am now down to 6-8%. I also have a few mixes that I've not added it to.

Play around with/without it and you will find what works for you.

Good luck.
