What is best to do for longest battery life. When I get my new batteries today should I so a full charge before use? Is it better to charge them before they completely die? Or just charge once a day? Is it bad to leave on the charger after charged?

Charge the batteries to full and vape til the Buzz shuts off. I leave my batteries on the charger until I'm ready to use them. Most chargers will stop charging after the batteries are full.
Fully charge them , Like Mod said let em DIE ! , the TR-001 charger shuts off charging after the charge cycle is complete so you can leave them in there.
