OK look into the top cap , is there a screw in there ?? phillips head type ?? , If not check the bag it came in we have had some come loose during shipping lately . If so pull the top cap carefully there is a wire attached to it and make sure the bottom screw is tight , not lug nut tight just snug , then loosen the top screw 1/2 turn and put the top cap back on then tighten the top screw snug.

let me know what happens

Thanks so much for your fast replies..... I took out the batteries, and tried a different set, (I ordered 2 extra sets), Thise had only been charging about 30 minutes, and those worked. I put the originals back on charger and we'll see, don't know if they are a bad set of batteries or not, will wait and see. However unit # 359 is up and running! *whew* Was freaking out ther for a bit.
Does it happen.... a bad battery or set of batteries? If so will they be replaced?

Good to hear !! if it is a bad battery we will replace it ! it happens but not very often ,

DO you have a voltmeter handy ? if so test the voltage on them , it could be the charger as well so test the charger voltage it should be 4.2 volts

Also make sure the button on the side of your charger is set at 3.7 and not 3.0. If your charger doesn't have the side button then you're fine.

One of my new sets of batts doesn't want to work in my Pro but works fine in my Buzz Classic...go figure. Yes I've been too lazy to dig out my meter since we moved to check these new batts.

Bov try swapping the batteries from top to bottom. Sometimes the prot circuit is funny and they wont contact just right. Might be a little higher contact in one PV allowing it to work in one and not the other.
