Buzz Cap center screw

I know there is somewhere I have seen washers that small - plastic ones - but I cannot put my finger on it. I think it was a craft store in the area they sell doll house bits and pieces.
Are they of a particular circumference or called washer #19 or some other code name perhaps?
I will check around. I just popped on a clear CE2 rev 5 - the one where you can see the guts with the wick - and it is working just fine.

Well they are an M2 size ( metric ) but if it slides into the hole it should work fine ! , out it under the one that is in there , that way it will hold the new one in place ,

We have seen MORE carto / atty not making contact lately , damn China MFG is all over the place now ! Hell our screw used to be TO HIGH !

I would try an OLD hardware store they tend to have these small parts more than the big box guys

I am not messing with that center screw the center screw.

You could always try a Shorty adapter that's adjustable to make contact with the carto. I'd rather trash a 99¢ adapter than the BP cap.

Don't turn the center post on your carto too much or you will break the wire inside. Try to pry it straight out. You should just get some adapters. Like Mike said there is no uniformity in the Chinese manufacturers. I have some I have to put two adapters together to make them fire.

I ordered several different adapters from Madvapes and they should arrive in the next couple of days - all 510s. Not messing with that center screw.

Onward - can someone point me to a thread or post with solid instructions on how to setup an m1a1 tank? I have a drill with bits and a few 510D cartos but I can visualize several scenarios - none of them good. So it is best I ask here first.

An awl and a hammer works for punching cartos. A pair of vice grips works to hold the carto still. Of course and extra pair of hands helps to. lol

Yep we use an awl because they do not dent the cartos There is also another thing used for ice makers that makes a good punch too. I will post it here when I see it again

If you have a dremel with cutter, slotting is easy and fast.

I have a Dremmel I can use to cut a slot. Will work on that in a few days.

Right now I am vaping a nice warm BWB Honey on my Buzz Pro! Ahhh .... the adapters arrived in today's mail so I filled an ego tank, popped it all together making sure not to over tighten and life is good.
