Buzz overheating problem

I just started using the buzz a few weeks ago. I've burned out two attys. It gets so hot it melts the tips. The whole buzz gets hot to handle. I have it set at 3.8 volts. The batteries last only about 1/2 hr. I'm using 16340 batts, 880mAh.
Any ideas or should I return it for refund?

Not familiar with the buzz personally, but if it's getting really hot and the battery is dying that fast I'd guess that you have a short somewhere.

How many posts do you have to have these days? I thought it was 5...I must be thinking of another forum...you could just do an instant chat on the notcig website or email him/them?

Sounds like a short or? BTW I do have a buzz. Never had that problem...so I would contact notcigs for sure.

That does sound like a short and I probably wouldn't continue to use it till it was fixed you might end up w a venting indecent...1/2 hr of batt time sounds way too short at 3.8...what kind/size batts you using?

I'm not sure about the number of post you have to have to post outside the newby forum, I thought it was 5 also.

At any rate the characteristics you're speaking about are not normal and I would advise stop using the unit until you figure out what's happening. Email notcigs if you can't post on the forums, they will respond and take care of you.

Png, Please Contact Notcigs and stop using the device until you have heard from back them. No One here is going to be able to diagnose a problem like you are having. Best to let the builder decide what to do with it.
