Hey guys I've been vaping for about 3 weeks. i quit smoking like 2 years ago but figured i see what the hype was about. I picked up my first pv at a local shop my buddy owns just to try it out. i started with a vision battery with a iclear30s on it. worked ok but i moved on to a drip like a week later. now im using a Sigeili 3 with a igo-w3 on it. building my coils (duel) at about .7 ohms and using Aw 18650 battery. i don't know the pg/vg % on the juice.

The problem is im getting a unwanted body buzz from it. its not like a sick feeling its just a bit of a buzz.
this is why i cant figure it out.

1. I'm vaping 0 nicotine!
2. im not putting anything in it other than my e-juice bought from my buddy's shop.

Assuming 1 & 2 are correct, and we can't be sure of that..... You may be having a mild sensitivity issue with either the VG or the more common PG.

Also possible many other things could be causing u to feel this buzz.

Ty for sharing this story, as it serves us knowledge and makes Vapers everywhere stronger.

Hi and Welcome to ECF :)

thanks for fast response! 2 i know is correct. i guess i cant be 100% sure on 1 since im not mixing the juice myself. if im just over sensitive to either pg or vg what do i do (if anything)? is juice widly available that is just one or the other and how do i find out which type is the problem?

If your buddy's shop mixes the ejuice ask him to mix up a small bottle of the same flavor in each 100% pg and 100% vg (even a tiny 3 or 5ml bottle would be more than sufficient) and in the super unlikely chance that you have the same reaction to both - it is a flavoring ingredient.

PG comes to mind as well. Try an all VG juice. There can be PG in the flavorings as well Pay attention to that also.

Are you vaping menthol by chance?

nope no menthol.

I want to thanks all of you for the quick replied and the great suggestions!!

I just got back from spending a couple of hours at my buddies shop experimenting a bit. and after trying some pure vg then some pure PG that the pg was the problem. i hit the pure pg once and and almost immediately got the "buzz" real hard. and the vg treated me fine. this is great news because it means i can keep vapeing! so i walked out with 20ml of pure VG maple juice and also picked up a kayfun lite to celebrate!

again thanks so much for the help!
