Is the top cap sealed. I see there's a lot of electronics underneath there. Also, There is one wire attached to the underside of the bottom cap....It looks loose, is it loose so when the top cap is screwed down you don't wind up the wire?

That's the wire from the pcb and it has to be a bit loose so the top cap can spin off and on without twisting that wire.
If that wire gets too loose or breaks - the Buzz Pro won't operate cuz there will be no voltage to the top cap.

Mike took one after he sealed it and let it soak in juice for 24hr. and it worked perfect afterwards so I wouldn't worry. Although it would get pretty dirty if too much juice got in there.

Good night.

I don't know how it's possible but the Buzz gives me the heat of 6v that use to get from my previous mod at lower voltage. I'm still using a 3.5ohm carto between 4.5-5v and getting the same heat I like. The consistency of the vape is my favorite thing by far. I have some 3ohm carto's I can use but I haven't bothered to try them. Loving the Buzz Pro!

I forgot to mention that I really like the top cap as well. I'm using CE2's in a syringe mod and often got liquid leaking out of the battery end. I tilt, draw or just plain overfill too much, causing liquid to drain down the center air tube. The carto connecter on the Buzz prevents that from happening, as it seals up the battery end of the carto. The liquids stays in the carto and, so far, hasn't spilled over on to the juice well. It's like having a built in drip shield. I've even checked inside the connecter to see if their was overflow in there, but nothing. A little dampness but no flooding. My previous mod (Omega) had a recessed connection and no drip well. The connection didn't seal up anywhere near as good as the Buzz. I would often pick up my Omega and end up with liquid all over my hands. 3 days in and I'm very happy. My compliments to the engineer.

Haha. Yeah, you can toast a LR carto pretty easy if you're not careful. At least the wheel has those markings on it so you can get an idea of where you're at just by glancing at it. I'm noticing myself do that a lot. I haven't had it change on it's own yet though and I've slid it in the pocket of my shorts more than a few times.

Yea, the dial does a good job of staying put. Every so often I pick up my Buzz and grab the dial. I then check to see if I accidentally changed voltage but it stays where I left it, unless I intentionally move it. I've even ran my thumb across it to see if it would move and it doesn't. You have to apply a bit of pressure (but not much) to get it to move. I don't pocket mine much but I do tend to spin it around to find the button.
