Was with my mom watching fireworks tonight. She tried my borrowed Buzz (Thanks again Wharf!) and before all the vapor had cleared she said "order me one!" she liked the liquinator as well! Looks like mom is going to try to stop smoking again and now instead of ordering 2 Buzz's for me and the husband, I will be ordering 3! I told her it would be 2 or 3 more weeks. I think she wanted to jump in and share my borrowed Buzz, but it is hard enough sharing it with my husband who lives in the same house as me, so she will have to wait patiently!

Well done, Moorea. Good for your mom!
But, as to waiting patiently, if she can do that she may be the only one.

Thanks, but I didn't do anything. She asked to try it, I handed it to her. It was all Wharf Rat's doing he was kind enough to lend me the Buzz so she had the opportunity to try it! I believe she can wait patiently, she hasn't vaped for two years and her original quit date was going to be after the summer, so she is in no rush. She did however say after trying the Buzz, she might move her quit date up to the day her Buzz Pro gets here.

Wharf lending me the old Buzz has made me slightly more patient. But if I had rate my level of impatience on a scale from 1 - 10, I was a 10 now I am a 9!

I was pretty impatient, but thanks to Wharf, I went from vaping on my Tornado (which pretty much sucked) to enjoying a Buzz, it might not be a pro, but it is such an improvement over what I was using! The joy of my new toy has certainly helped the wait!

On a side note, I think a white buzz or infinity would be pretty cool... I know the colors for the Buzz are a done deal, but maybe when I order an infinity there will be a white one!

Will the new buzz pro be able to handle a 1.5 Ohm carto at 6 volts, and for wich batteries (size) is it designed?

It will not do 6 volts @ 1.5 ohms ( I assume these are DC cartos right ? ) that is 4 AMPS @ 24 watts , this is WAY beyond normal Li-ion type batteries spec's , I will say it again DO NOT use regular Li-ion batteries like this !!! ( not trying to be mean fsroq ! ) they can explode ! .

we have tested 1.5 ohm atty etc. to about 4.7 volts then the unit will shut down from over current , use a 2.0 ohm DC and that will get you where you want to be fs , BTW 5 volts @ 2.o ohms = 2.5 amps and 12.5 watts .

No, not dual coils but tripple coils, and they will be fired between 5 and 6 volts.

Thank you for your quick response, but unfortunatelly I must try to find another mod who will handle them at this voltage.

To my knowledge there is no VV device that is on the market (for retail sale) that can handle a triple coil 1.5 ohm carto at those voltages. Pretty much going to be limited to 3.7 volts with IMR batts. The amp draw of that would fry a protected batt quick.

Well there goes another un informed user that wants to put a short on a battery @ 12 volts LOL ! sorry fsroq BUT what you are going to do is dangerous and I will not condone it !

For a month I am using 1.5 ohm dual coils at a simple VV unit (dont want to say here wich, because it is a Buzz thread) at 5 volt with 2 trustfire 14500 "flames". Checking them frequently, they dont even get warm, still working perfectly, and not getting warm, is a indication that they are not working above their possibilitys I believe.

Then many people keep telling me that it isn´t safe, thats why I am looking for a 18650 based mod with VV.

Thats great. I would strongly urge you to take a look at some IMR batts though. Drawing that many amps on a protected cell is extremely dangerous. I wish you luck in your vaping journey :)
