Buzzing from battery??

I've noticed a slight buzzing coming from the area my battery sits in. It's an electrical noise that has a slight vibration to it. Sometimes a small spot on the outside of the battery compartment feels extremely hot, but cools the minute I let go of the power button. I think I'm being electrocuted. lol I can turn the telescoping battery compartment in either direction to increase or decrease the pressure on the battery in hopes of making a better connection, and sometimes it stops the vibration and buzzing, and sometimes it doesn't...

I'm using an innokin iTaste SVD, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this with any type/brand of mod? If so, is there a way to fix this without replacing the whole unit?

I've tried 3 different 18350's and 3 different 18650's, and still I get the same thing. It's almost like it's getting a very rapid intermittent connection. If I grip the telescope and kind of push one side toward the body (there is normally a tiny bit, about 1mm, of play in there and I've seen it with other people's SVD's in reviews), the vibration and buzzing stops. It's weird... Maybe the internal battery connection is off-center or something.

Well, if the battery is causing the case to feel warm to the touch. And the mod is vibrating and buzzing. You either have an adult toy that your describing, or you may just have a b_mb in your hand. You wouldn't hang around your car battery very long if it were making that type of noise, would you?

You might want to exchange the battery for a new one at this time. Maybe it took a bad fall or something:(

I have a similar issue with my warrantied SVD from Fasttech. The previous two I tried did not have this buzzing noise. Every battery I own has the same symptom. I don't think it's the atomizers either since all of them work fine on my other mods.

I'm looking for the bottom cap I kept from the return process to see if that's the cause. Otherwise, flipping the telescoping tube won't do me any good since the threads don't go all the way to one side.

edit: I should add that the buzzing sound is very slight and I get no vibration or feeling of shock, nor extra heat around the battery compartment.
