And I will also add that if you are dripping with your 510 model then you should seriously consider getting a 306 atomizer, which is compatible with your 510 battery, and DIP instead of drip.

No more worries about flooding.
And you can do it with one hand pretty easily.
And you don't even have to watch what you're doing.

When it's full of juice, it will stop taking any more up.

Ironically, I got sick of dripping all of the time, lol.

I liked the straw mod a lot. Right now I'm using the PTB mod and it's about the same. Much better than plain filler - uses a lot more of the liquid up before having to top off.

Going to try the fishtank filter next.

Always looking for that perfect vape! :D

Anyone else decide to just chuck the filler and drip? (I know you're out there!)

I realized that just about any filler I tried with a 510 sucked up a cart of juice, yet only the top half gets used by the atty and I have to top off or drip regularly anyhow. So, I've removed the filler and just drip! Life is so much less frustrating now! LOL :D

I've been doing the same with my 510. You actually gave me advice last week on it, and my atties are all broken in, liquid tastes good, and it vapes like a champ. I've tried every cart mod i can think of besides putting metal in there and dripping just works great for me. I use an Altoids case that holds 2 batts, 2 atties to get me through the day... just need to find a clever way of storing my juice for the day

I dripped for a while and like Kristin, I got tired of it.
Now I use the wool and a piece of cotton from a sterilized face pad as a plug at the top and it's what the atty arch touches. It works great.
When sitting, playing cards, on the computer, I constantly vape and I use two PVs a day and I will have to change them out once a day.

I'm sure if it existed, one of the genius minds here would have discovered it already - I'm just following their trailblazing!

so true! I guess thats the beauty of a forum though. Im sticking with dripping for now, with a cart half full of filler pushed back. Thinking of getting an e-dobit or something of the likes...

also still need a USB passthrough, a few atties, and as always some new e-liquid to try... stuff adds up! wont be going back to analogs though, i hate the taste of them now and its been only a few days, smoking less than 1, if not zero analogs. I just ran out of analogs and am not buying em anymore.

Great thread. I may try dripping again. I have a 901 and was dripping for a while but killed a couple auto batteries, had a lot of atty floods and mouthfuls of liquid so I stopped and just top off now. Most of my problems could be attributed to my poor methods though, plus I have since switched to manual batteries and a 5v mod so I may give it another shot.

Problem is - with the 5v mod, I am going through liquid much faster and having to top off constantly (Going to try adding more glycerin to my my mixes & see if that slows down the juice consumption). I realize that I will still need to drip at least as often as top off but at least I would avoid that burnt filler taste. I LOVE the idea of an atty made for dripping!
