Feel good moment... [FACT: (okay, in my encyclopedia) -- it's is impossible to have too many of these]

Was sitting with one of my vapers. Her daughter saw us and dropped by.

We're all chit-chatting about vaping (mother does, daughter thrilled), how I'm doing at the RV (explanation later), sick grandkids at daughter's home, and errands. Daughter keeps my literature at her car repair business, is always ready to let people know about vaping, how vaping has changed her mother's life, and me :). Her favorite pitch is "don't quit, Upgrade!!" Mother is never without her pv lanyard around her neck. She calls it her "puffer," and is quick to give a full explanation to anyone that asks.

I throw out a quick question to mother, "Are you going to XYZ Bank?"
"Yes."
"Great, if teller X is there, would you give her liquid to her? You can send it right through the chute at the drive thru, that's how she first tried a pv in the first place, ya know?"
"She's vaping? Well, I'll be! Sure!" Then with a grin on her face, "What did you do?"
"She kept saying she needed to "sit down and talk with me," so when I went through the drive thru one day, I just sent an alcohol wipe and my pv with my deposit."

From there, I just sat back and listened as the two of them are talking about an assortment of common friends that are now vaping. "Did you know so and so..." and "I never thought she'd quit smoking! She needed to be on oxygen, too." and "Well, you know he just had part of his liver removed because of cancer..." and on and on

Yeah, it was beautiful!

I was in awe of how something as simple as me puffing on my pv in the waiting room while I was having my car repaired could reach and touch, and reach and touch, ...

Witnessing and being a part of it all that day with those two wonderful ladies was my touch back. I glowed with it the rest of the day and every time I think of it.

So, Ladies, may your 2012 be filled with "touch backs." I know you're All Amazing!!!

...Today, you remember it, too!

I'm a strong believer/practitioner in "keep the perspective"...

Today, I ran into a friend at the supermarket I hadn't seen in quite some time. We talked about her son that passed last year. He was only 37, married, with 2 small boys. An extraordinary person that touched a lot of lives.

I came home to a piece of mail that wasn't welcome. Costly, unjust (in my opinion), etc.

I fumed, then I stopped.

My stepson just left to go workout at the gym, yelling an "I love you" as he ran out the door.

My son is in the other room resting after working all night to earn funds to help me in my endeavors.

How dare I be upset for one moment about something so insignificant as money?!

Perspective. Yeah, I'm so very blessed.

[Note: May your day not include any unwelcome mail lol]
