Well, not in a hurry was "Ahhh, no hurry, tomorrow or the next day will be good"... but 9 days later I'm still waiting for orders that are marked as "new" to be shipped... and I have a trip planned (to leave on the 14th) so I might not get my goodies until I return back home to Baton Rouge in February! :(

I guess planning WAYYYY ahead is a good thing when you have a favorite vendor who gets slammed. :)

called ya left message waiting on the boge cartos,,,just came in today, to late for today's mails.

BTW all boges variety's are in stock. :)

    I didn't know you were out of Boge cartos and were waiting, that information must have slipped past me. :(

    I went ahead and added my Alabama address back into my account as an alias just in case you feel you need it, I thought it was already there from previous orders but I guess I just did an edit previously and changed it to Louisiana. Don't Know! LOL

    Definitely a bad bunch out there.

    My first 2 boxes were fantastic and lasted forever! Broke into my 3rd and last box from my order and all 5 Resurrectors were bad. That awful hot, burnt taste a few people mentioned. I'm so glad I didn't start with this box or I would have totally hated on these things all over the interwebs.

    Too bad I wasted so much of my favorite juice!

    For what it's worth, my order came way back in August and were wrapped in green.

    Sure is bad when comes to point when you have to block an entire domain from my website, 99% of all issues with my products, have stemmed from this domain, I've had 24 total issues cartos not working, I've replaced the products, in all cases the product was fine, was user issue, more trouble then it's worth to continue to supply this domain, feel like i roll the dice every time they order. So if your @aol.com you need to find another vendor and an isp for that matter.


    hmm maybe I'll wait on blocking it, just got another complaint, i be damned if wasn't aol.com person,,this is just crazy.

    Andrew...so all the complaints that you've gotten are coming from folks with aol.com domain? Interesting...are you cross-checking their complaint with an order number? Hope you're not just sending out cartos! Just ordered some Boges and Resurrectors myself...

    It's crazy outta 25 complaints 24 of them have aol email, yeah I've replace all there cartos, that's why i said it costs me more then it's worth. I talked to a few people they all said block the whole domain, but that just doesn't seem right, but I'm strongly concerting it.
     
    That's just so strange! Starting to make me wonder if AOL is owned by BT and is damaging cartos! :eek:P

    I had a couple of those cartos with the 'burned' taste even though the filler was saturated. Didn't think much of it, though, as "these things happen", and I bought...what, 30 in that order? And so far, ONLY those 2 early on had a problem so I'm not the least bit concerned. You keep doing what you do, watching out for us, but take care of YOU!

    :vapor: The best way I've found to fill resurrectors or any carto is to place a condom on the battery end, overfill with a syringe, let it soak a few minutes, syringe out any excess, blow gently thru fill end to clear center tube. Works every time. If i do it any other way, I get burnt dry hits. It's not the cartos fault. :vapor:
    This is not to say I haven't had a bad carto or two. :D

    As far as wasting good juice :shock: use the reverse taryn spin on the carto. Google it.

    oh so half....ok then thats very weird, just not sure how its just aol'ers unless theres a aol vaping community out there that says..just complain you get freebies. You should initiate a policy of 'if its broke SEND IT BACK and i'll replace' kinda thing. But also if it is just aol'ers....i could see them just going to get a free yahoo email and continue ordering/complaining

    I've seen the complaints about the Resurrectors on here and couldn't believe it myself. BUT believe it AND it is NOT USER ERROR.

    I've had 10 that were the best cartos I've ever had.
    The last 5 were defected.

    I know how to drip fill, condom fill, syringe fill, bottom feeder fill and how to soak overnight, and how to keep moist.

    I have not asked for a refund or an exchange.
    I will order 15 more when I get back from vacation. If any of those should be defected, I will return them to you (I hope this will not happen).

    I think you are a great vendor, have the best products, great service, and a fantastic price.
    I hope there is something you can do with quality control because there IS a problem with SOME of the Resurrectors.

    I have to admit I've never personnally grabbed a bad one from a box, but a customer sent back a box with 3 unopened in it, I filled one of them, nasty as all hell, I do realize there can be bad ones, as with anything that is mass produced going to have a few imperfects.

    I can't count how many Resurrectors I have been through. Had my first bad one possibly today. I may have not gotten it full since I did fill in a rush, but don't think so. I will continue to order these till I die. Or Andrew comes up with something even better, but I doubt it.

    Best customer service around, and shoot he is just a really good guy.
