Andrew, you know I have been a loyal customer from the beginning and hope to continue as one. I would like to make the following recommendations. I know Jeremy is trying to help and I commend him, it would be best if he applied to be a supplier associate so he can speak on behalf of the company. If not his hands here are tied per ECF policy. Also his replying in all caps was a bit childish, not a good customer service attitude to represent the company. The whole "Sunda is MY DAY TO MYSELF" comment is not ver professional.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you get all of this sorted out as I'm sure it is a mess. Keep your head up and push through buddy. Hopefully my comments do not offend, but raise some awareness.
Brutus,I appreciate your support and I know andrew does,but I apologise ahead of time,Im a college graduate with my BA and AA in computer science,repair & build,networking etc.. ,buisness management & marketing,psychology,and music. I cant justify paying ecf money after the past 5 or 6 days of posting solely to try and "help" people with their issues to only have a bad taste left in my mouth and once again I apologise in advance. J
