My two cents only.
Customers will be alienated only if they look at the surface of a comment. I've been guilty of that too. It's the old "Jump on the bandwagon and let's trash this guy."
I don't work for CCV. I do work in a customer service business. Yeah, the customer is always right, but the customer also has the right to move on elsewhere if they choose.
I'm sure Jeremy isn't an idiot who doesn't realize what he's saying. He just can't help that some customers will always find a way twist what he's saying to fit their needs.
This is America, and we can speak our minds. But life goes on. Small vendors like Andrew can only do so much to please a customer. If that's not enough, move on.
Everyone seems to have had their say. Stop beating a dead horse.
