C-E2 R4 - how to remove filler plugs

Hi. noob question, i had just became a member of ecf. been on to e cigs for about 4 months now. got my very first c-e2 r4 carts a couple of weeks ago along with my vgo from e-liquid.cn and i had been lurking around the forum for some time already.

on to my question. im having a hard time pulling out the filler plugs on my r4's. anybody knows of an easier way to get these things off so i could clean the carts well?

well all u need is staight paper clip or a hard wire thin enoug to fit trough one of the filling halls. Just take this wite and bend at the end to make it like a hook very small and after just put it through the filling hall and pull it out.

P.S make sure to put it right way back otherwise it wont wick.

tried it but i seem to have damaged part of the plug. lol these are really hard to remove

What are you trying to accomplish? If you just want to fill the e2 you pop out the white cap then the ring which you can just throw away. The inner plug you leave in place and fill through one of the two tiny holes with a syringe.

This vid does a good job on showing the E2 cartos. Pull the slider out to about 0:35 and stop it and you can see how it's made. The cilica (sp?) wick does not burn unlike the cotton batting in other cartos. There are other videos that show that clearly. Now pull the slider out to about 2:30 and start from there. I don't put any of the plugs back in mine. I just clip off about 1/4 in. from the bottom of a cart, pop it on and go. A drip tip works fine also.

i want to clean my carts thoroughly that's why i want to remove these filler plugs.
