....The Orchid is almost as good as the other two because it doesn't leak either, it also has excellent flavor and vapor, and is easy to build. The only thing that keeps me from liking it as much as the others is the Plastic tank, and the fact that it takes a little longer to fill because you have to do it slowly. It must have something to do with the air pressure. Each time you drip into it, the juice needs to settle before you can add more. It also needs to be filled more often. Other than that, I do love my Orchid.

I bought them all from Cactus.

An easy fix for the Orchid V4 is using a replacement Kayfun M4 tank, it's plastic (I haven't had a problem with any of my juices) and solves the problem of getting a syringe needle past the chimney for a quick easy bottom fill.
A good item for a vendor to carry...(hint, hint Cactus..:))

Other than that you're left with using a dremel to grind a path for the fill needle.

And yes, there's very little vape gear I own that have not been modified in some way for my personal preferences.....

Thanks for mentioning that Stosh. I do have a Kayfun, so I'll try one of the extra tanks in it and see how it works! I didn't realize that was the problem. I just knew that I'd seen others mention the same filling problem with their Orchids.

Oh, like uncle said congrats kathi for being Bruce's contest helper. I'm sure uncle can teach you the "uh uh uh" finger wave that he uses to keep the football FANatics in line in another contest.

Thanks racegun and everyone else. :) I just hope our power doesn't go out when the storm gets here, or Bruce will have to do the finger waving!

Can someone tell if you can get replacement grommets for protank and protank style coils? I have a ton, well maybe half a ton, of older coils with the rubber grommets and want to replace them. Thanks for the help.
Oh, BTW, thanks for the contest Bruce and to helper kathi17.

Yes, you can. PM sent.

Would something like this (Dripper RDA by Smoktech) work on an eGo Twist-style battery, or do I need something with more power like a VW box mod? I'm thinking of getting into DIY juice making, and rewicking something like this might be a better way to taste different flavors than having an endless stream of 510 atty's or trying to reuse the same ones over and over with the flavors crossing over.

Yes you can as long as you make your build over 1.5 ohms. 1.5 to 2.4 would be an acceptable range... its what your clearo's run so what is, is LOL!

If you just want to do quick tasting, simple 510 bridgeless atomizers might do the trick.

Dripper is a good way to try juices you are making.
Vamo V5
If you don't have a way to check the ohms of your build the VAMO-V5 will give you that ability and be a nice step up from the EGO.

if you had the choice between a sigelei 150 watt mod and an ipv3, which would you go with, and why?

I would go with the IPV3.
Magnets strong enough to securely hold the back on the sigelei would play hell with the magnetic strips if you messed up and placed it near you debt/credit card.
I have a hard enough time keeping my cards working much less the possibility I "wiped" them with a magnet. No need to temp fate if you don't have to.
