Thread seems quiet... :) so for those not paying attention to the game and see this post you have an edge on the gamers Ha Ha!

SPECIAL PRIZE ADDITION
Subtank Mini!

That's mighty nice.

I was on the road headed to do follow on stuff for a Okinawan funeral.

Did manage to listen to part of the game during the drive.

Thanks Heden, I'm not interested either. It sort of feels old school not to be able to adjust your mod in smaller increments. I think Kanger should rethink that mod. With all the great new regulated mods available now, including the less expensive ones like the MVP 3 and the iStick, I think they will have trouble competing.
Big mistake on their part & sales will suffer for it

2/1 Last night I fixed myself a drink, carried it to my desk and sat down....reaching over to where my cigs "used to sit".... When I looked to pick them up and they weren't there I had to remind myself I quit, and picked up my vape. I'm only 10 days in, and still have "reminders... Vape works!
Congrats Sir2 keep it up. I've been smoke free since 4/15/13 the day I started vaping

Delayed response.

Very pretty coils, but...

No, I can't guess. And you can only guess, not measure. To measure resistance that low you need very expensive, highly accurate, frequently calibrated, very high resolution equipment. None of our normal vape gear is highly accurate at the extremes of the resistance scale. You would need laboratory grade meters.

And there is one of my blitches about extreme low resistance vaping; you don't have a good idea of what you are asking of your cheap (even if high-end) power supplies. You don't know how much current you are drawing from that $10 battery. You are close to a short circuit, and have no way of knowing how close.

[/soapbox]
0.27 ohms +or- 0.01 so 15.55 amps on a 35 amp batery

p.s. Stay safe Kathi...
it's changed to ice, freezing rain in NJ this AM, snow not too deep, dodged another bullet.

Thanks Stosh. :) We've got below zero temperatures here, so there won't be any changeover. I'm just hoping the power stays on. We were lucky with the last few storms.

Downside is you have to build the coils instead of just popping in a new one.
Upside is you get to build the coils (at whatever you want) & is way cheaper.

Mine is almost empty now. I'm trying to decide on whether to try the rebuildable base, or the 1.2 ohm coil so I know which one I like best. I plan on ordering a package of coils to have on hand for when I'm on vacation, and rebuilding when I'm at home.

By the way, Heden, the contest ended last night, and I announced the winner this morning on page 53, but it's nice to keep the vaping conversation going anyway! :)

Thanks everybody that responded.

I have had a local b&m tell me the rda head has way less air flow than the stock coils but not sure if they just say that to try to get people to buy coils or if its true.

I do know that the mini's RDA head is a lot smaller than the og subtank and directly swaps with the stock coils. It can be used in the og tank as well and you won't lose as much juice capacity.
Still can't find info for juice loss on the mini with the RDA head over the stock coil.
I've only heard people say the RBA is even better than the stock coils. Never heard a downside.
