0.27 ohms +or- 0.01 so 15.55 amps on a 35 amp batery

Just please be careful, because that meter is not +or- 0.01 ohms and your battery is not a 35A limit. Those may be advertised stats based on certain samples under certain conditions, but they are certainly not accurate. (And your 35A battery [I'll guess Efest or Lg HE2] has a nominal 20A limit, despite what it says on the wrapper.)

I would recommend the mini. Not sure how long you have been vaping but looking at your ECF join day I'll venture a guess rather new vaper. The mini will let you pick either premade coils or you can venture into building your own coils. it's always good when a piece of equipment can do dual duty.

Yup! it was offered up during the game time just to see how many gamers were on the contest thread... so almost everyone missed it.
I even had a rule change that I reversed that stated only posts from the time i posted the Mini out to the end of the contest were eligible posts Ha Ha!
