Note that this law is supported by public health advocates, e-cigarette companies and consumer groups, but is opposed by CTFK, ACS, AHA, ALA.

Its enactment also should reduce chances of CA banning e-cigarette sales to adults (if Jerry Brown becomes governor), which is precisely why CTFK, ACS, AHA, ALA oppose it.

Way to go. Minors have no business meddling with e-cigarettes. They are for informed and consenting adults only, a safer alternative for existing smokers.

My thoughts exactly. Plus they'd look like a dork with one of those things hanging out of their mouths. Real cigarettes is still the trendy thing to do in school. Not the fake ones.

Whenever I see an ACS commercial on tv I give it the finger. Screw them.
