California needs to think twice about banning flavored e-cigarettes

The answer is simple, from 1999 through April 2017 California received $14,824,535,963.49 in MSA funds. Why in gods name would you want to save lives and end the revenue stream by helping people move away from cigarettes? Only New York receives more @ $15,157,526,579.27 and is a least or possibly more aggressive in supporting vaping regulation.
