Nice article, thanks for posting it. I thought the writer involved did a nice job in pointing out the hypocrisy compared to other "harm reduction," measures.

The answer is simple, from 1999 through April 2017 California received $14,824,535,963.49 in MSA funds. Why in gods name would you want to save lives and end the revenue stream by helping people move away from cigarettes? Only New York receives more @ $15,157,526,579.27 and is a least or possibly more aggressive in supporting vaping regulation.

Everywhere you turn the California Department of Public Health has an anti vaping commercial. And the Bay area is the most liberal bastion in this hellhole.
