PG has 570 calories per 100 grams (roughly 96ml). VG has 432 calories per 100 grams (roughly 80 ml). So, a typical 70/30 PG/VG mixture would have approximately 565 calories per 100 ml (and a weight of about 108 grams). Flavoring and nicotine being negligible and usually dissolved in either PG or VG, I would say that average would hold for flavored juices as well.

sources:

Calories in Dow Chemical Propylene Glycol Usp - M/h - Nutritional Information and Diet Info

Calories in Dow Chemical Glycerine, Usp 99.7% & 96%, Dow Chem. 6/10/05 - Nutritional Information and Diet Info

and wikipedia for the densities of both chemicals (1.036 g/ml for PG, and 1.261 g/ml for VG)

and assuming my math was correct - I rounded a few things.

So if a person vapes 5ml a day (heavy vaper), that's 28+/- calories a day, assuming it is all absorbed, which it probably isn't.
