I see it differently. Vaping will start getting the same support as BT and BP has had. Nice to have someone on our side that knows the competition.

I never heard of Givi Topchishvili or Dmitri Churakov.

Bill, do you see this as a positive thing for the vaping industry? Although people can get the same information at ECF for free, there some who will want to pay for it, as there is a (false) perception that information you pay for must be better than the information you get for free.
