""We believe it's the right thing to do and the right time to do it because updating our tobacco use policies will better accommodate both non-smokers and smokers who work in and visit our facilities," Howard said. "We're just better aligning our tobacco use policies with the realities of what you're seeing in society today."While Reynolds will no longer allow smoking, it will allow the use of smokeless tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes, moist snuff and pouches of finely milled tobacco called snus (pronounced "snoose")."

what do you guys think?

I've gotta give em a huge high five for allowing vaping... Granted they should allow their workers to smoke OUTSIDE the facility...or at least in smoking areas, can't force people not to smoke.. I'm honestly just glad they're greeting vapers with open arms instead of the back of their hands.

Maybe their approval of vaping has less to do with being accommodating and more to reveal where their heads are these days. Smoking bans are everywhere. Vaping is obviously more than a passing fad. And the cigarette companies are no doubt suffering. So is it possible these large tobacco companies see this and are mulling over the idea of getting a piece of the action by manufacturing e-cigarette products themselves? I don't know...just an idea. But if anyone has the capital to invest in the technology its certainly those guys. I wouldn't be surprised if in the US they aren't also covertly behind much of the proposed legislation to regulate the industry.
