The Campaigning and Electronic Cigarette News forums (fora?) overlap quite a bit in subject matter, but the Campaigning forum is way down the page. I suspect many visitors never see the posts there. I think it would help if News and Campaigning were adjacent, even better if they could be combined - Legislation, News and Campaigning, or something like that.
