Because you liked your first Prothingy so much? :p

I'm still debating to get myself a second Provari (Mini this time). But I have another issue I'm struggling with.

My daughter wants her own mod to vape no-nicotine, flavored e-juice. She is a non-smoker, so I am in a personal flux on whether to get her one for her upcoming birthday to keep her from smoking like many of her friends and her brother (my son).

I've been thinking of getting her an Altsmoke BB with a couple of cartotanks and some non-nicotine e-juice. Thoughts?

I purchased a second & have no regrets (as with the first)

Very convenient for having multiple delivery systems. I was trading between a carto-tank & genesis far too often haha

I will say I was slightly worried about any potential regulations against devices. Combined with it being 1 year w/o smoking I figured another wasn't really an extreme idea.

My guess...
The little tear drops of the mini feel better in the hand than circle shapes of the full size... Or... Have a couple of 18350s and you want to use them in a ProVari.

I already have one mini. I doubt I would be able to hold a full-sized one comfortably. When I got my first mini I decided to hold off on getting the extension cap, figuring I would get it later, but now I don't think I will. So, that's not the silly reason for ordering a second one.

Per our prior conversation...eeekkk. I don't envy your position, but at least she's not bumming cigarettes off you. How old is she?

I'm going to let this thread go on for a little while longer, before I embarrass myself...

I'm sure it would be the very first time lol

Ok other reason would be because, u want one for each nostril? Or your making an early Halloween costume and u want to be superhero Vapeman?

She is just 17, so will be 18 and very soon be off to college and old enough to be making her own decisions and choices.

On one hand I don't want to be contributing to her possibly gaining a new "learned behavior" (vaping non-nicotine e-liquid) that might be habit forming (if only in the sense of being dependent psychologically, and that is not a proven fact). I know, that point is debatable and controversial all in itself. This is likely my own biased thought process affecting my feelings on this subject.

On the other hand, she will be old enough to make an informed decision herself. She's well aware of the pitfalls of tobacco and smoking. She's also seen her older friends smoking and vaping socially. These friends of hers (18 and over) had frequently seen me vaping my mods and went out on their own without any assistance from me and found some sort of e-cigs online to purchase and use in place of cigarettes. I have to admit I admire their choice to vape instead of smoke that they made at that age. Best choice would have been to do neither, I know, but such is not human nature.

My daughter has always asked to try my new flavors, which I obliged. But her experience vaping has been limited to that. Not unlike allowing a teen a taste of wine or champaign from time to time even though underaged in this country. Then she would always say she wanted her own device, which I would always reply with, "Once you are eighteen, you'll be old enough to buy your own." Well, that day will very soon be upon us.

I'd rather she vape no-nicotine flavors than smoke, like many of her friends, and as I said, like her 19 year old brother does. If I know that she is going to vape regardless of what mixed feelings I may have of that, I feel obligated as her father with a vast knowledge of e-cigs to offer my knowledge of which ones would best fit her expectations and situation.
