Thanks for all the help everyone. Since this is a "TM" logo and I can't find the exact font I'm gonna have to settle with a scan of the actual brochure I have. Here's what it looks like.

Laxative? I think it's a pain relief cream. I'm not marketing it. I'm a graphic artist and the marketing guy sends the stuff to me to create.
