Can anyone tell me what kind of mech mod this is? (pic)

I bought everything in the pic today from some dude for $20. I know the batteries are pretty much worthless as I found that they are 10 amp. However, if anyone knows better or has any experience with those let me know.

Anyway, I was just curious if anyone knows what kind of mod this is. i.e. who makes it, what it's called. It looks pretty ugly but it actually performs pretty well. I am trying to resell it either way, though.

Yup, that's exactly the one! Mine in the pic is just telescoped out a little bit. It says on that link it is not a telescoping mod but a quick google search showed me there are telescope models.

edit: yeah, it's ugly as hell...but it does work pretty well. If it doesn't sell I'll use it out of the house and keep my good one at home as I won't care if this one gets messed up.
