Don't see why not, I'd use distilled water though.
Maybe grab some PG/VG usp if you need to dilute it much more. Cheers.

i wouldn't, maybe im ignorant on this, and please correct me if I am, but that sounds like a good way to get pneumonia.
Yes but not a lot or your coils won't wick properly. I'm not into making my own
juice but will add 5-10% water to the juice. If you want to dilute nic you have other
options - buy some vg for one. Buy some more juice in lower nic and mix the two,
etc.

eh maybe not, little research and maybe the nic and glycol will clean it enough to not cause a bacterial infection
If I were you, I'd just get a lower nicotine level of the same juice and mix them together.
