can i only post and make topics in this forum?

tryd replying in general dint have any privlages which means im gona have to wait for some1 to make the same topic in here? which might never ever happen and unless i go on a reply to every topic spree in new members group topics and make loads of pointless topics and posts that i dont care much for im never gona be able to go reply to the topic that intrested me in replying to which im not gona do as every single topic and reply i do, is true to the heart and pure in its innoccence and has a cosmic destiny to it,

You'll find lots of friendly vapers on this forum, all (okay most ) ready and willing to help you with any questions you might have! Lots of great information, and as already mentioned, you only need 5 posts to be able to post anywhere on the boards (may take an hour or so for the server to refresh & grant you access after the 5th post), so reply to a few of the welcomes you've received and your post count will go up - saying thanks is usually a worthwhile thing to do anyway
