Can I use a USB wall charger for a passthrough?

I want to get a 5 volt passthrough but am confused about what exactly I need to vape from a wall outlet. I know I need a USB adapter, but all I see for sale online are "USB wall chargers".

Can I use these chargers as a direct connection to vape, or do I need something more specific?

I ask this because I've been searching online and have only found "USB wall chargers" and not "USB wall adapters".

Are they one and the same? And, if not, where can I get what I need?

yea basically for $20 they sell everything you are looking for. Or if you already have a 5v wall plug you have a $10 passthough.
