I bought this at a local smoke shop:
(link to cloud9smoking dot com, its the cigarette there)

Honestly, I paid 60 bucks for it and I think it's crap, tastes like crap, and isn't working in my opinion. Problem is, I don't have the money to buy a whole new e-cig, and I'm thinking maybe 1) I just need to adapt 2) This company makes crap flavors.

I'd really like to figure out a cartomizer that will fit into this battery... can anyone help?

I'll just say it pays to do your homework here on the ECF for a while before you purchase stuff, how much time did you research on what you got.??? not trying to be smart but trying to help ya, im just wondering, you dont say what Batt you got or show a pic that might help so we can help you a bit, I will just say if ya want a nice 3v unit to try an Ego Batt with a Low Resistance Atty on it for a total of about 45 bucs with a charger, just my 2 cents worth

From what it looks like, it looks like a RN4081. Not a bad unit but a Joye 510 is much better.

The problem with a RN4081 is that there are no adapters avaliable to use other atomizers or cartomizers. Your kinda stuck. I know because I have one.

See this post....

My best suggestion would be to just bite the bullet and get a Joye 510. It is a much better unit all the way around. And parts are avaliable most anywhere.

That said, your problem could just be that the juice that comes with the unit is junk. I don't know too many people that are thrilled with the juice that comes with their e-Cig.

Your going to need more juice anyway so you might try getting some juice another vendor and trying it.

If you like Cherry, this stuff is great!!

If you had some liquid juice you could flush out your cartomizer with warm water and then refill it with better juice.

One more question, I feel like I'm not getting very much vapor at all from my e-cig. Like literally, it's barely any. Is something wrong with the cig, or do the prefilled cartridges just not have enough liquid? Can I add water?

This is a huge complaint with e-cigs. But most of the time it is the juice and not the e-cig that is the problem.

Get some VG based juice and it is like night and day. Clouds of vapor.

Sorry, one more post, if I don't inhale the vapor I breathe out a decent amount, but if I breathe it in I don't seem to breathe any out after?
The vapor is just condensed water. It forms around particulates of either PG or VG which is why they're in the liquid. But since it is primarily water vapor it disperses quickly not at all like cigarette smoke which is bits of ash, CO2, CO, etc. So when you keep it in your lungs the amount of vapor will diminish noticeably since a lot of the water condenses back out in your lungs and throat.

If you've watched any of the vids here and have seem plumes of vapor its because the person showing whatever it was they made the video to show did not actually inhale the vapor. A 'normal' vape hit is a 2 step process. The long slow steady inhale filling the mouth with the vapor from the PV and then a deeper inhale taking that vapor into the lungs. Its the second part where most of the TH comes from. Its the first part that makes all the vapor. If you're showing that some mod or technique works, you show off the vapor production. So you do the first part and then instead of taking that mouthful of vapor into your lungs you exhale it for the camera ;)

It can be expensive to get started. Look at what you've done as spending $20 to learn if you can use a PV and live with it like a trial run. Sounds like you can. Now its time to get a good PV and really enjoy it.

Also, new questions now...

Are you not supposed to breathe straight into your lungs, but mouth hit and then inhale? Is this the proper way of using a PV?

It still tastes a bit crap :p I think I can deal with it though. How long should I wait between hits? How often should I put more juice in it? Do I need to wash the cotton before using more juice? How often will I need a new atomizer?

I know, question overload I am sorry about that, just need to know a few things hehe :)
