As long as the delivery devices center pin is fixed ( not spring loaded) & protruding it should work on the rig's fake/pseudo hybrid top cap / direct to battery contact.
I don't know why you'd want to, quad twisted is gonna be a lot of metal to heat using a single cell mech, unless you used very thin gauge wires.

Hi and welcome. I agree with @Topwater Elvis . Make sure-- very, very sure-- the center pin on your limitless protrudes at least 1mm below the outer 510 threads; 2-3mm is better and safer. It's real easy to get a hard short at the battery top with one of those faux-hybrid mods. If it does, though, it will be as safe as anything can be with one of that type mod (I don't like them, in case this isn't clear). And yeah, that coil is probably too much heavy metal. With a one-battery tube, low coil mass helps it heat faster. Try a slick wire (round wire) coil in the .5 range. I suspect you'll see better results.
