can I use the usb charger from an ego-t to charge a 510 battery?

I know I can't use the AC charger for a regular 510, but I use the USB portion (that fits in the AC charger) in my car for my ego battery and I was wondering if I could charge a regular 510 battery in it. On the USB portion of the charger it says "ego usb charger input DC 5V 500mA Otuput DC4.2 420mA"

The AC/ Usb adaptor can be used for whatever. The charger itself will only allow in its tolerance, and same with output. They do make usb chargers for a standard 510, as well for the ego. It says 110 ma I think, vs the 420 of an ego usb charger. Simply said, I use the same car charger adaptor for the 510, ego, PT, and pcc, for all models. It works fine for all.

Do not charge standard 510's with the eGo specific USB charger. the eGo usb charger is too fast of a charger for 510 standards. However, you can charge an ego with a standard 510 charger it will only take it a longer time to reach charge.
