can somebody tell me the difference between these two kits?

these are the kits i am wondering about:

the one listed as 59.99 says its a "pass through battery"

what does this exactly mean? am i better off buying the more expensive option?

If you only have one batt you have nothing to vape when it's charging, so two batts is somewhat important, unless you don't mind not being able to vape for a couple of hours. The pass thru is nice and you can vape it while it's charging, then it will be fully charged for "on the go", but if your out longer than the batt lasts your back to no vaping again. Two batts is essential, imo. You could get the pass thru kit then add another batt, also, if it makes financial sense. It's nice to have a pass thru.
