Hey, would one of you mind shooting me a PM so that I can give you my phone #, I tried to call your regular # but seems to be no answer. Nothing bad, but kind of important and business side of things. Would be great to speak to Mark if possible.

Just so people know, we have customer service staff for issues.

Mark is not customer service, and has multiple other duties at Vapor4Life.

customer_service@vapor4life.com is where you need to direct your issues.

It gives the impression of "jumping the queue", and all customer issues are important and are dealt with on a first come, first serve basis.
