I guess it's sort of related to new members because it's the first mod I ever bought. Still have no idea what it is. It literally has no markings on it. You can kinda see where it unscrews below the button, it holds an 18500 battery and has a small venthole at the bottom. Sorry for the terrible lighting.

Where'd ya get it from? Looks like a small bolt or BB?

I guess it's a tube made to hold an 18500 battery and probably has a 510 female thread.

Why? You spent a $bunch$ on it and figured it ought to have a name?

Come to think of it my Vamo doesn't have "Vamo" stamped on it anywhere; although if you know where to look in the screen menu you can find "KSD" in the software version; and my Sig-Zmax doesn't have markings either although when you turn it on it does say "sigelei".

Pic as you say is not very good, but what I can tell the texture looks kinda nice on it. Almost looks rubberized.

Does the mod still work, or did it die and that's what prompted the post? My first mod was a Silver Bullet which is just a better made Bolt, and it was a great device. Still is, just use mechanical version instead now.
