Unless you're getting headaches or heart palpitations nothing to worry about. I started at 36 mg and am now down to 20 mg. In the evening I vape 10 mg so I can sleep. I know the 2 times I stepped my Nic down my vaping quantities went up for a few days or so. Could be you're not getting enough Nic. Why did you go down from 24 mg?

As I stated I started at a high Nic level but it was ok for me. I have been stepping down as eventually I want to leave vaping behind and eventually quit. I vaped 36 mg for 1 month, 28 for 2 weeks and then went down to 20 mg. I have a friend that was freaked about vaping 36 mg- his wife began on 36 mg and he started on 24- long story short he was vaping 2 1/2 times as much juice as his wife before he realized he wasn't getting enough Nic and went up to 36 mg. They are both now vaping 30 mg and they figure after another month they'll take it down to 24 mg.

I went down from the 24 just because I thought I might be getting massive amounts of nicotine from my constant vaping.

There are symptoms you can get from having too much nicotine but that is still not a real overdose. Typical too much nic in too short a time symptoms are headache, rapid or irregular heartbeat, general sick hazy feeling. I call those over-nicced but it's not a go to the hospital overdose.

If you have juice that is incorrectly made or are handling highly concentrated nic for DIY then maybe you can get a real overdose. If a child or pet ingests your liquids they can get an overdose.

You'll get dizzy and nauseas well before any real issues. When the drug hits your lungs, there's a big spike in blood level,
and a quick decay. If you were to inhale so much (in one drag) that you "overdosed", your woes would noticeably subside after ten minutes.

Nonetheless, if you're using e-cigs, one would surmise that you've had a lengthy smoking habit. It's all about tolerance,
so I don't believe you have any reason for concern.

However, overdose via ingestion (of sorts) is a pain in the buttocks. Mad hiccups.
