Yes. Most prefer Boge single coil carts. The stainless steel ones and not the black ones that have glued black paper on them.
Depending on which tank you are using, some take regular size carts and some take the XL size. Just saw a good deal yesterday on them at LJesmokes.com for a 5 pack with 2 holes pre punched for $5.50. I personally don't use them but have newb friends that do so I'm always looking for good deals.

To answer your question, YES you can use single coil cartomizers in a cartotank. Smoktech manufactured one of the first cartotanks and sold them with their new dual coil cartomizers, and the name "dual coil tank" (DCT) just stuck for the same type of carto tanks made by other manufacturers - sort of how most people call cotton tip applicators "Q-Tips" and adhesive bandages "Band Aids".

hey baditude wat kind of cartos would I use for the polypro tank from vally view vapes? and do u know if that tank is any good?
Their site states the size of cartos their tanks take in the description below the tank. It would depend on which size you choose.
Yes, if the tank is a longer tank, otherwise the regular size Boges would work. Boges fit the dual coil tanks even though they aren't dual coil.
MiamiMom answered your question. I've not owned a polypro tank from Valley View, only their pyrex tank. A couple of my ECF friends here own them and seem to like them.
Not really a fan of the tanks with a juice fill hole. I'm the type that loses small parts like the fill hole screw. (the tanks will not work if you lose the screw) I've got a few of the polypro DCT tanks sold by My Vapor Store (I use single coil cartomizers in them) and they are very nice, durable tanks (and no fill hole).

If you are using juices that can crack tanks, it's probably best to get the polypro tanks for those juices to keep on hand. I personally don't use the carto/tanks, but just saying. I have never personally used these tanks. Just trying to help.

Hey Drifter: I found myself in this same position. I was recomended the Poly Tanks. Which I can say work great with the Volitile eLiquids. But beware of the Slotted Cartos to use with them! I got a bunch of Bad ones from Vapor Phoenix with the Poly Tanks I purchased from them and the replacements. Every one they sent me did not work properly! They don't/wont back em either!
I have had good luck with the Boge F16 and Smoktech Punched Cartos. I'm going through posts now looking for other Cartos to work in my Tanks.
