I'm aware of this. Every package I have coming cannot be tracked, even though they're in Canada, somewhere... no information is available.

I know what you're saying, that's how it's always worked for me in the past. However, these last few packages all haven't worked properly with the tracking system on Canada Post's website.

I actually have one package that doesn't show up on either website right now. It's MIA as far as I'm concerned, but I'm crossing my fingers I'm wrong, because it's a GG Slim. :(

Also still waiting for my P16.

I'm finding the same thing NB ! It's just as of late (3 weeks or so now) that I can watch a USA order track until its last USA scan.... then it goes dead and I have to keep my fingers crossed that things will show up at my door (both ecig AND other stuffs). Before, its was always slow to show tracking, but at least it would show eventually.

China stuff on the other hand.......... no comment ! lol

contact the supplier and ask them if they gave you the right tracking number. Does it show in the USPS? What does it say there?

Private sales, from the BST forum. One tracking shows it's been shipped and left the US, but doesn't show up on Canada Post. The other doesn't show up on either website. Both shipped Priority.

All packages have arrived as of today.

One package coming from China took almost three weeks.

One from the US arrived a week ago with absolutely no record of it being shipping, on USPS or Canada Post. The large flat rate envelope was actually missing the customs label altogether, pretty bizarre. It took roughly 10 days.

Last one to arrive today took three weeks, shipped Priority.

I also received a letter with some mesh and kanthal and it took only a week, with a $0.75 stamp. Go figure.

Just to add my experience so far. 2 of my packages (both coming from the NY area) have shown that they are by JFK airport (they have been processed through the sort facility) but seem to have been stuck there for the past week.

Nothing shows up on Canada Post's tracking the USPS and other ones I have tried all say the same thing.

I am guess its at customs now. Would be nice if the tracking was updated though.

If the tracking number shows up on Canada Post's website, but just says tracking not available for this product, then that's the most you're going to get from it. If however, it eventually shows up that your item has arrived in customs, you may get more tracking info from it, unless it's in Vancouver. Anything I've received that's gone through Vancouver Customs does not show any more info right up to the point of delivery. Dunno why, since other ports do show more info.

Good luck, and have patience.. cuz you'll need it. ;)

So far, despite all these delays and annoyances with the lack of available information, I haven't had a single package go missing.

My Ontario supplier did not have the hardware I needed so I placed a small order from China on March 28. Postage was $4.37 by registered mail. My packaged arrive in Vancouver on April 10th and according to the tracking # it was waiting for customs clearance. To-day I checked the tracking and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it has cleared customs and is on it's way. I may have got lucky, I don't know. BTW. whenever possible I try to purchase from my Ontario supplier.
