Hi, looking to start DIY.
Don't really know where to start.
Have tons of downloaded recipes but don't know where to start beyond that.
Some of the questions below might seem obvious to you but not to me.
So...
1) Can we buy flavours and/or Nicotine from the US? If so, will it get through customs OR is it best to buy it all in Canada?
i read once someone claiming that nicotine was 1/3 the price to buy in the US so she did, but i have read others that say you can't buy it outside of Canada. What's true?
2) Where does one buy nicotine in Canada?
3) If I have a pharmacist friend with his own pharmacy, will I be best to have him order it for me?? If so, will there be any price advantage or not?
4) I am partial to custards, Captain Crunch Cereal recipes, etc. Is there a Canadian flavour spot I would be best buying from, over others?
5) Someone suggested a "starter kit?" If so, where? I am new to DIY but not new to rebuilding, etc; so should be able to pick it up fairly easy.
If there are any useful hints you feel I could use which will save me time and/or costly mistakes knowing them ahead of time, please spill the info.
