Have they been actually sent back or are they just hung up in customs? I have never ordered from the states but from what I read on the board they can sit in customs for a little while.
roquien, unfortunately we cannot share any information with you at this time, and here's why. It's nothing personal against you at all; it's not because we don't want to help you. We'd love to help you, ordinarily. The reason we're not being forthcoming is because Health Canada has just recently begun a major offensive on Canadian suppliers, shutting them down left & right.
What Health Canada is doing is unlawful & offensive, and we will fight back. But - in the meantime, we frankly have no way of really telling the difference between a genuine newbie vaper looking for information...and an HC stooge sent in here to pretend to be a vaper & ask questions (in order to more easily find, harrass & try to shut down our Canadian suppliers).
Given the current circumstances, we simply can't afford to openly share supplier info. Not in the forum; not in a PM. Period. Believe me, it's frustrating for everyone. It's unfortunate that HC's unlawful actions have created this atmosphere of distrust, preventing some newbies for the time being from having quick, easy guidance to local sources for this proven-safer alternative to smoking.
But rest assured, if you are a determined vaper, Google is your friend.
Again, our sincere apologies. We are fighting back - and hopefully before long, the circumstances will be such that we can share supplier information openly.

If you guys don't think Health Canada knows exactly which suppliers are still up and selling nicotine juice, you are kidding yourselves. No Health Canada goon is going to come on here and ask for supplier names via PM, because they obviously already have a comprehensive list of suppliers. Not to mention that most of the suppliers that are still standing are Registered Suppliers here on the ECF with posts in the Canada Suppliers forum - if the suppliers were really worried about it, they would ask for their posts to be removed from that forum.
I know you guys mean well by doing what you think is hiding the information from Health Canada, but you are putting way too little stock into the intelligence of these guys, not to mention their resources. Keeping information away from noobs like this guy is just going to hurt the community.
