well, guys the posts by --

harreh, and rcdarkangel --

be aware that these are both the same person,

a blatant violation of ecf rules to start with - having more than one persona in ecf forums,

and very obviously here for one purpose only,--

to bring chaos and nastiness to our forum, and heap abuse on EastMall so to promote the companies that he is shilling for. [Shilling =
deceive, decoy, delude,]

it is unfortunate that there are those out there that must stoop to such low moral codes, to achieve their ends,
we should feel sorry for him,

But I do not. I do not take kindly to rudeness, bad manners, and abuse.

He has been - " Moved On " - by the moderators.

If there's one thing for certain that we are all well aware of, there will be issues, and it doenst matter who you are, of what we do, what matters is how we react to it, and how we handle ourselves while dealing with the issue.

I feel that over he years people have become de-sensitized while either doing business online, or just having a random discussion. I've seen a steady decline of respect towards others, lt alone self respect in indemnity.

It's easy to talk smack to someone who you have never seen, never will, when your having an issue, for some reason it seems to have become a bit ofa breakdown for some of us, and a release of frustrations on someone that if we were standing in front of them, we would never dream of doing such things, or speaking in that tone to them, in fact quite the contrary.

When I started on the net I used my real name, but soon found that there were so many others with that name, that we all needed to make minor changes to accommodate , so that we knew who one another were. We would take something that we have done in our lives , and add it , making it our identity for others to recognize.

Well, thats backfiring now on all of us isnt it. in big way, and in many ways. Some very serious issues have arisen on the internet due to anonymity.

Alot of people change there fake name to where there hangnig out to keep there anonn going, I never understood this, none the less, it's there right to do so. I have been mudmanc4 since before google was around, I chose this with AppleLink, and Juno somewhere around 1986 when I started developing simple silly things , I dont remember to be exact. It stated because I was a plasterer, mudman , and someone had already taken mudman, so the suggestion was c4 on juno hehehe

Anyhow my point here is I think we need to take a step back when we have an issue, and think of the person the other end, there alive, living tissue, and they (we ) all deserve to be treated as such.

Anyhow, I'll go by my name, which is Rick, so that you can bring a rational to someone that is just like yourself, well, lets not go there lol , none the less, I'll treat you with the same respect that I would like in return.

Mud has offered to handle my order personally but I am waiting for the site to be up again. It took a while to reach someone but I have found Mud to be courteous and helpful. I know the site has been down for a long time now and I too grow impatient but do any of us really know how it is to have a business in china and how hard it must be for them to sort thru tons of email that isn't even in chinese?? I don't disagree, it has been a long time and things should be up and running by but I think they are doing what they can. they know full well that this has hurt their business.

Thanks for the understanding and support Star,

yes, you will not find a more well mannered and courteous Customer Service person than mud,
He has been with EastMall only a few weeks but already has made quite an impression on those customers who he has helped and dealt with.
He always puts in the extra effort, and goes the extra mile to help with all issues.

He has proven to be a very wise choice by David,
and a valuable addition to EastMall staff.

mudman would it possible for you to check on the troubles with order #7803. I was promised a reship on 3/4. I've been working on this for over 60 days now. I love my indulgence but there were some issues that keep getting swept aside. I would like to order more of them, but still a little skeptical of customer service
